5. Manual Resulting

USERGUIDE_06c.png

It may be necessary occasionally to manually result a fixture if:

  1. There was no inplay feed available

  2. The post match resulting service didn’t result it

Click the ‘Enter Manual Results’ button

USERGUIDE_06d.png

Here you can enter various types of incidents such as goals, cards, and corners. For each incident type you can either enter each occurence individually, or enter the total amount in the Match Summary section on the right. When you enter them individually, they will automatically drive the totals on the right.

Entering totals directly in the Summary is faster; however, certain markets (like first goal scorer) cannot be resulted from this information alone. Therefore, entering each incident individually is the recommended approach

  • Goals should always be entered manually in ‘Match Incidents’ making sure to specify (within ‘Goal Type’) if it was a Penalty or OG.  Leave ‘Goal Type’ blank if it was a ‘normal’ goal

  • Cards should be entered manually (especially if there was a red card in the match)

  • Corners (total) can be entered within the Match Summary screen

  • Any missed penalty should be entered manually (to result Penalty markets correctly)

  • Substitutions should be entered if player markets were available on the fixture

It's not required to fill in all incident types in one session. For example, user can submit Goals but leave Corners blank to result later. Upon submit, you are presented with the list of completed market groups that are to be resulted.
